Although he's 5500 miles away, we celebrated Alex's first birthday today. We got a small birthday cake for him and John Robert blew out the candle in honor of his brother's big day.
Brack & I will head back to Russia on Saturday August 23rd to begin the week long process of paperwork, doctors checkups and embassy visits. I will be posting during this time. We are planning to stay in an apartment so that we will be able to cook and have some privacy, should the baby decide to sleep!
