Not much went on today. We had to take Alex back to Dr. Boris to check his arm where he had a vaccination. Everything was A-OK. We then went to a baby store to check on buying a carseat and stroller. Brack & I now decided it might be handy for traveling back home. At the first store there was not a car seat under $400 US and there were no umbrella strollers. At the next shop I found a pretty nice umbrella stroller for just over $100. It was a deal and Katia had a discount card to boot! She did talk me out of the car seat. Let's just hope ARock can sit still fir 11 hours. (If not, we have also adopted uncle Robin who will be on our flight back home.) Alex is quite fond of him, so hopefully our seat assignments will work out. Katia did call to say that she had Alex's passport. So it's off to the American Embassy tomorrow.
Tonight we ate on Arbat with our friends . We tried to get a table for 6 at the Ukrainian restaurant, but evidently the tables can't be moved together??? Instead we ate a big fat hamburger at the. Alex had his first French fry. Yum.
