Freeze Tag

I've been tagged by Michelle whose adoption journey lead us to be friends. She adopted a precious little girl named Ana. I call this freeze tag because I do believe Michelle tagged me early in the the week and I'm just getting around to it. I told her I was so transparent, I didn't know if there were 6 things you don't know about me. So here goes:

1. I absolutely love little kids. Before having my own, I just passed them by. Now, it is so refreshing to watch their little minds think and grow.

2. I really want to be a doctor. Always have, always will. I love gross stuff. I am fascinated by the human body. Is there an age limit? Maybe one day...

3. Even though I have had many jobs, I think the one I enjoyed the most was teaching at Walters State. When I was a kid I played school all the time. Teaching was a lifelong dream I have now fulfilled.

4. I would adopt again in a minute if I didn't have to leave my kids here. Brack and all of you out there probably think I'm nuts, but this experience has been life changing and I'm loving every minute of it!

5. OK, Michelle, I love Young and the Restless. I TIVO and watch it when Brack is fast asleep. I'm afraid he'll send me back to the office if he finds out I watch soaps and eat bon-bons all day! (HAHA)

6. I am a democrat. I come from a family of dems, and I grew up in middle Tennessee where nearly everyone was, too. In east Tennessee I am a minority to say the least. I think I have conservative views, such as marriage is between one man and one woman. I think too many things are now political when the issues are really a personal choice. I still like to think I am somewhat of a liberal at heart!
