John Robert has a new best friend. His name is Pistol and he's 10 weeks old. Pistol's temporary home is in the basement. Needless to say, he is much like the other dogs in our family. He chews, poops, pees and destroys everything not made of steel! In fact, he chewed right out of his first kennel. When Brack found him, he had stuck himself in a glue trap in the corner of the garage. He's so darn cute and that's his only saving grace so far. John Robert likes for Pistol to chase him, as you can see from the photo. Alex likes Pistol when he's not trying to lick all the crumbs off his face.

So great to hear from you. Great photos. I have to say, here in Alabama, we call the blanket a fort (actually a "fork"), so we must be a little less redneck than Tenessee. Hope all is well!
Pistol is very cute. Colston was so excited to see JRob got a new puppy!
