If your child builds a mobile home out of blankets and sofa cushions instead of a fort! John Robert's been out of school since Monday at noon. Shortly after I got him home he declared he was "bored". In order to keep peace in this house, I decided not to let the clutter and inability to walk through the living room get the best of me. Tuesday night when I got home, Brack said John Robert was in his mobile home in the living room! (Not sure yet if it's a double wide).
Alex has really enjoyed the time with his big brother. Today I can sense JRob's frustration with being followed around and worshiped. John Robert brings Alex to me and says "Mom, he really wants you to play with him." (Keep in mind Alex can't talk). Alex finds things to keep himself entertained I have to stay close behind as evidenced by his ability to climb in the dryer while I'm doing laundry. He also likes the toilet, pantry and any drawer that doesn't have a child lock on it!
All else here is good. We are going out to play in the snow. It's likely to be melted away by the weekend. The temps are expected to be in the 60's. Crazy weather.
