I can't believe our last day here has finally arrived. I've never been so eager to pack for a trip. I started first thing after breakfast this morning. Alex slept all night long. (I think? At least I didn't hear him and I was sleeping right beside him.) This has been the first day I have actually felt like getting out of bed. I guess the jet lag has finally subsided just in time to get back on the plane again.
Some of you have asked about our travel arrangements. We are scheduled to arrive back in Knoxville Saturday at 8:27 p.m.
Today we go to the Ministry of Education (MOE) to sign a document taking our name off the list for PAPs (Potential Adoptive Parents). We have to take them flowers and chocolates, a typical gift for all their hard work.
We haven't decided whether to go to the Moscow Zoo, Red Square and Kremlin or Gorky Park. We will keep you posted. Thanks again for all your love, prayers and support! Paka-Paka!
