We took Alex to his first UT basketball game Friday night. He really didn't know what to think. There was so much going on. We walk in right on the floor and go past the players warming up. John Robert is yelling at all the one's he knows. I bought JRob a new warm-up for the basketball season. When he saw it he said in the most serious tone, "Mom, when Coach Pearl sees me in this he's going to make me play with the team." I assured him all the playing slots were full, and he could still sit with Brack and me instead of on the bench.
Alex is still not saying much. We're just hoping his first words are "Go Vols" instead of "Welcome to Wal-Mart"!
